I take care of all the marketing. You keep possession of the vehicle, respond to the emails, take the calls and show the vehicle.  You simply contact me when it sells and I will remove it from the internet and my website.  We can include the reports in your ad, you can print them and give them to potential buyers and your potential buyers can call/email PDXinspections.com to review or verify the reports. Another benefit for you as the seller, is the car has already been pre-sale inspected by an independent unbiased Master Technician and this can make for a quick sale once you find that potential buyer.
