1. You decide what you want, not some salesman looking to maximize their commission - I charge a flat fee 5% over (minimum $500) over whatever I pay for the car (any detailing or reconditioning is negotiable and optional). 

2. You end up paying near Kelly Blue Book wholesale/trade in values instead of 20% Dealer markup retail prices for the same vehicles. . I guarantee a quality Automobile at a cost less than you could bargain from a dealership and often private party always below bluebook.  Keep in mind I'm shopping the same avenues the big named dealers are.

3. Have your car Inspected and purchased by someone you can actually talk to and trust. The dealership does their inspection to ensure the vehicle is "Lot Ready." Every vehicle I look at starts with a complete walk around with my Electronic Paint Thickness Meter.  Don't put all of your trust in a piece of paper such as Carfax or AutoCheck. These reports are more hype, and a benefit to dealers then they are the buying public for the following reasons:
   * An accident will ONLY show up on their system if there is a police report or an insurance company pays out on a repair.
   * These reports can be 2+ years delayed.
   * I've personally seen salvaged title vehicles with clean reports.
   If you do wish to use these services I suggest you use both as the information varies between the two. My paint meter will tell me if any vehicle panel has been repainted, no matter what the quality of the repair. This will then help me inspect for possible collision repair. Don't trust a piece of paper in the glove box or a dealer telling you they've inspected the vehicle, let me be your personal advisor. If the vehicle needs repairs or reconditioning, I can quote and repair the vehicle for you. I am a Factory Trained and Certified ASE Master Technician.

New Vehicle Purchases

I don't work with or associate with other dealers as a true "Broker" does.  However if you are looking at purchasing a New Pontiac, Buick, GMC or Kia, I have a limited number of no hassle, no pressure, flat rate business cards to take with you to look at Weston Pontiac Buick GMC Kia in Gresham, Oregon.  These cards will bypass the usual negotiating, salesman channels and you will get a no pressure flat rate buying experience with the Sales Manager/Fleet manager directly. I keep in touch with potential matches. I check various sources daily and often visit the auctions 2-3 times a week checking against my client list while staying in contact via email until I find a potential vehicle.  I remain in contact with my clients throughout the whole process. I wouldn't ever purchase a car that I wouldn't sell out of my inventory.  Its a no pressure process, I simply send you an email with my findings/potential vehicles which I feel will fit your budget. If I find something that I feel could be a good match and you agree I would then bid on your behalf. If I win the vehicle, I purchase and offer it to you for 5% over my costs, if it doesn't work out I mark it up and sell it in my own inventory. Best of all you get a quality car, thoroughly inspected by PDXinspections.com and the peace of mind you are buying a quality vehicle for much less than you would expect to pay from a dealer. You don't pay a dime for the service unless I bring home a vehicle that you'd like to purchase.  Pretty simple, if you like it, I offer it you for 5% over my costs, otherwise I mark it up and offer it to the public.
