Auto is a one man operation. My name is Josh and I'm a Professional ASE and GM
factory trained Master Certified Technician and Licensed/Bonded/Insured
Independent Dealer. I'm not a huge dealership with huge overheads and pushy
salespeople where you will be treated like a number or a wholesaler selling
poorer quality cars. I have virtually no overhead and my vehicles prices
represent that! My vehicles are hand selected by myself, I SELL ONLY CLEAN TITLE
/ RELIABLE VEHICLES.
 PDXinspections is my primary
business, performing On-Site Used Vehicle Pre-Purchase inspections for today's
car buyers. I use my experience as a Professional Certified Technician and
experience buying and selling cars to help prevent the public from buying other
people's problems. I know what you are seeing out there and I know firsthand
used car buying is a time consuming, risky and often terrifying process!

necessary money to properly recondition my vehicles to ensure I am selling the
cleanest vehicles on the market. My goal is to make sure there are no surprises
when you take the time from your busy schedule to visit with me. I strive to
maintain an almost 100% success in selling my vehicles to the first serious
buyers who take the time to look at them. I personally recondition my own
vehicles, including the inspecting, cleaning/detailing, changing needed fluids
and performing the necessary maintenance. When you buy a vehicle from High Tech
Auto, you are buying a vehicle that is: Clean/detailed, everything working as
designed, up to date on maintenance and has been completely inspected by a
Master Certified Technician. You will not find an easier, more personable, more
